1 year and 1 day full time window cleaning
« on: June 10, 2011, 02:07:49 pm »
Just noticed the date ... jacked my Sales Manager / Car Buyers job in for the local Toyota Dealer 9th June last year.

Hit 2 milestones yesterday ... got my 350th customer and had my best days earnings to date.  :)

Am I happy ? ...... yes but now want 400 customers.

Getting to point where Im gonna have to take a part timer on but cant be doing with the red tape but guess gonna have to bite that bullet to grow it any further..... going try some 8am starts and see what happens, currently doing 9 till 4 so will try 8 to 5 to give me more hours.

Biggest lesson Ive learned is not to tolerate the messers / divs / idiots / slow payers/ dog poo gardens / non payers / anyone that u dont want to clean for / stooopid customers / etc etc. ... always better customers out there just a case of finding them.

as BFG says Canvass / Clean / Cull .... cant go wrong if u stick with that ethos  ;)

Adding to the Canvass Clean Cull would be Raise Prices.

I know it's only a year but it is an important aspect.

5 years ago I had someone with me full time now I work alone, in that time I have raised my prices so that I now earn the same as 2 of us did in 2006 working the same hours.
