Do any of you boys use one of these vacuums that you wear on your back ?are they run by rechargable batteries?is the suction any good,i only need one for comunal areas in some blocks i maintain,i have a sebo for carpets etc

Im also thinking of a back sprayer which was discussed on the forum a few weeks ago ,any views on those as well?

Not for carpet cleaning preperation. For office cleaning contracts Yes and Yes for communal cleaning.

No they are not battery powered. They run off a power cable 3 pin plug. They are good and are quicker for large areas and stair cleaning. But as they are more expensive you have to work out if the investment is worth it over a standard tub vac.

If you want a good upright use a sebo bs36.

Not sure how you would benefit from a back pack sprayer for carpets.

One of the adverts above has fantastic prices for back pack vacs, aswell as the electralux commercial which is a great alternative to the sebo 36.
