Why set up a business if it doesn't give you income all year round?
Yes window cleaning is and should be an all year round business, windows still get dirty in winter, some even dirtier than the summer.

The customers that you have built up, I guess they will not know that you will run your business all year round, so initially you ,mayhave a problem with them when winter comes. I would suggest that to all new customers from now on you explain it is a regular and all year round business :) Otherwise you are going to very hungry at Christmas ;D

Of course its an all year round thing, you might get the odd few who prefer to go bi-monthly from Nov- March but not many, and personally December is my busiest month. And no I dont moonlight as Santa before anyone asks ;D

A very small percentage drop off in the winter. I think we had two last year. We told both of them that we would only take them back on in the Spring if we had time. We didn't have time  ;D
Christmas run up is especially busy!

There are going to be weeks ( especially in winter ) when you cannot work, so it is a good idea to have a little money tucked away for emergencies  ;D

If you can hack the winter then yes it all year round, like last winter couldn't use ladders, wfp or blades so i mop and polish ground floor flats, bungalows and shops which kept me going through the bad spells. ;D ;D ;D

I have been asked in the past what I do in the winter. My reply is always the same: If the weather allows, I will be business as usual.

The last 2 winters have been the worst since I started out 14 years ago. Obviously when there was ice about, it was a no-go, but you make it up when the weather improves.

fit permanent spikes on your ladder then no problems in snow.  i dont take risks   and i really rate  spikes as an essential safety basic item   all year around
