my personal feelings are ...only if swb transit is a 350 (not many of them about) it's a weight problem.

Only asking as the one we are buying is on a trailer and was thinking of moving it into my van in saying that im getting other equipment together aswell as just starting out so thinking a long wheel base would be better .
also i dont suppose anyone would know who could move this into a van ...im in the brighton area ..

Hi Jim,

No we're just starting up so this is our first tm. Got it off ebay and is currently housed on a trailer. Ive got a swb but have decided to get a lwb due to all the other equipment.

I've got a very similar sized unit in a MWB and certainly have had to plan it very well to fit it all in. Submount tank and the hose reel sitting over boxed-in nearside wheelarch, both make best use of space. Enough room for rotary and air mover, can squeeze more stuff in but then it makes it a nightmare to work with!

Enjoy it, very nice first machine hope the dust cleans off ok (seen the pics!)

Was a bit dubious about buying it but thought we'd take a chance. Spoke to the bloke selling it and it sounded like it has been well looked after. Hope the chance pays off - do you think it was the right price?
