Moody Customers
« on: June 01, 2011, 07:16:27 pm »
Why dont they just tell you they dont want them doing!

Ive got a place where i do about 4 in one stop but one house they are so moody when i go, i should just leave them but its one of those places where theyre close so i do it anyway, they seem to hand the money over so be grudgingly!

They hid from me today at the pub which is by their house, i went over said hello done your windows to the women, "go in there hes got the money" oh ok, i walk in to an empty pub with someone sat at bar. "looking for ***** are ya" yeh, "oh he was here now hes gone" me standing there like a pleb, id just wathced him walk in, he was hiding behind bar!  >:( he wondered out and paid but looked well miffed.

I really wouldnt care less if he cancelled...just get on and do it tho! I might ask next time, most of my customers, no pretty much all of them are well sound just the odd few...and they asked me to do them cause THEY were desperate.

Aye, its an awkward one, the house is in a village where i would see them. Awkward to explain.

I would tend to think that it's not worth the hassle, why bother with customers that just give you the run around and stress.  I would lay it on the line though and give them the option, otherwise in 3 months time when their windows are minging and they see you doing the neighbours it's just going to be awkward.

Get yerself an AK47 and tell them to sort themselves out or you're going to spray bullets instead of water. ;D ;D
I can remember when waking up stiff in the morning was a good thing.

hiding behind the bar must surely count as 2 strikes ? the slow handover of money with a sour face is 1 strike of anybodys money.

ive been lucky enough to  strike GOLD lately with a big run of new genuine grateful folk, im even happy to clean their egged windows which is saying something isnt it

previously,i had  been letting old-time souries go to 4 strikes, more sometimes, for old-times-sake, but the new Goldstars mean i will drop the oldbunch a.s.a.p

Not worth sticking with PIA customers cos whilst ur doing them u be missing the goldstars. Drop PIA cos always better out there even if u have to a little canvassing. Little tricky when small community but I would just give em the chance to drop u by just making sure they still want u to clean them
