been asked by customer to remove urine stain from matress and clean matress.

whats best way/method to do this please?

Don't bother with mattresses myself but depending on what kind it is the urine may have soaked right in so you may never get it completely out.
But I would go with urine neutraliser, M power/Nemesis or detergent if preferred, hot rinse with deodoriser & sanaitiser, then maybe another mist of sanitiser to finish.

Depends on what the structure is.
Some might just have half inch of material before the void and springs whilst some might be 4 inches of foam etc before the void.
To do it properly you need to literally soak the effected area with neutraliser/deodoriser extract and then soak the area again with suitable product then leave to dry, wet side down with enough air flow underneath.

I use a syringe when it needs to go that deep

As Neil says, the only way to fully treat urine in mattresses is with a syringe.  You can clean the surface in the normal way.  As long as you let the customer know exactly what you can and can't do, it should be fine as long as you get the job done properly.

I always advise them that the mattress will be out of action for at least 24 hours, maybe 48 hours to be on the safe side.  I mix up a jug of my solution and literally just keep refilling a syringe and work in a grid pattern, about 2 inches between injection points.  If the visible affected area is 1ft in diameter treat an area 2ft in diameter, as it can wick along under the surface without being seen.

Because you're working blind you can't see if what you're doing is enough to cover the problem, so you really have to go overboard just to be on the safe side.  I have injected over 2 litres of solution into a mattress before.

M Power at 60 to 1 applied hot and left to dwell for thirty odd mins then extract and if odour pesists apply clean guard at 20 to 1 this normally sorts it out
