DOH!DOH!DOH! a lesson learnt
« on: May 29, 2011, 04:07:00 pm »
had no water in tank yesturday and it was on fill from tap!!!but there was water leaking from all joints humm?? on my my system i had fitted a 10 inch particle filter after the ro and before the tank just to catch the little bits of resin that end up in the tank. i thought it would need a change so i took it off and it was full to the top with resin , but the reason for this was that a week before i had changed the resin BUT had connected it up the wrong way round in to out out to in .in my defence it was dark lol so switching it back solved the problem and now it fills up .6 years of this pure water thing and still messing it up hahaha
Thank god for the particle filter or the tank would of been full of resin!!! ;D ;D ;D ;D

Not the only one  ;D just fitted a pair of 18L/MIN PUMPS IN A very TIGHT SPACE IN THE VAN. And switched them both on, the tank was just blowing bubbles  of air :o had to strip everything down to turn the inlet/outlets round !  :'(
