Head of Commercial

Reporting to the General Manager you will develop and implement a robust strategy for our Commercial division within Vax UK, focusing on achieving targeted business growth within existing and new channels.
You will also play a key role in future product development, ensuring that Vax UK is at the forefront of innovation with the Commercial market.
You will have a demonstrable track record in building a strong team ethos with a positive & enthusiastic view to growth; managing high profile customer relationships and ensuring strong channel management.
Numerically and commercially astute, you will be experienced in managing P&Ls and will be a highly driven individual who strives to achieve challenging targets. Building and developing cross department relationships will be important to be successful in the role and therefore you will have strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
You will have worked in a leadership role, ideally within the commercial environment in a relevant industry.
Area Sales Managers - Northern and Southern Regions

We are looking for driven and proactive Area Sales Managers for both our Northern and Southern territories to sell products and equipment into Local Authorities, Healthcare, Care Homes, Facilities Management, Contractors and end users.
The role involves developing new customer sales and ensuring strong brand recognition throughout the UK. Successful candidates require excellent demonstration, presentation and closing skills.
We are looking for highly driven individuals who are market aware and have exceptional sales, new business and account management abilities. Excellent organisational skills, reporting capabilities and a structured approach to sales targeting are also essential qualities for the role. You will also have experience of B2B sales, and a track record of sales achievement.
This is a field based position, in which you will occasionally be required in the office based in Worcestershire, and will also involve considerable travel across your territory.
