Is this correct

Sitting outside a customers home the other day i was browsing through my NCCA manual and it said that higher alkaline products are more effective with warm/cool water rather than hot, ever heard this before as i have not.

Depends what you call hot, most detergents are best at
up to 60 degrees C. Some are specifically for high heat.

I think that some will break down at very high heat especially in TM's.
Heard it at one of the courses i did years since, not the NCCA tho

Prochem heat wave and chemspecs high heat powder (alkaline) and high power liquid (acidic) are two products specifically for the higher end of temp scale.
