John Gott's asked me to post this,

hydramaster service agreement
Today at 10:25am    We have had an overwhelming amount of people that have welcomed the support package and paid for it, however I set hydramaster up to give the industry outstanding service and equipment that was not available elsewhere.
Anyway, to cut a long story short, we want all our customers to be happy and it is the small few that are not happy with this support package which has brought me to the decision to cancel the support package.
Those of you who have paid will have a full refund and still recieve the discount on our online shop.
the whole idea was born from customer suggestions in the first place but hey you cant please every one
Regards
Glynn

Why don't they just make the technical support line a premium rate number at a cost of £1/min, that way the cost will be borne by the people using the service as & when it is necessary?

They've cancelled due to the small number
who aren't happy with it!!!!

Don't think so.

Love it or hate it Hydramaster have listened to their customer input, I hope it doesn't impact on them and I do hope that we can understand that you have to make profit on parts.

Hi Guys

A good resolution as some customerts were obviously upset about paying twice for advice.

We do have to support our suppliers because if we don't we won't have any left but we also have a duty to keep our own costs down, a fine balance.

Cheers
