Have test driven this product for the last 6 weeks. It does every thing my usual chewing remover does and its around £24 for 5litres. Which I make about less than half price  .

What else is it good on and where else can you get it?

As I said, same as other chewing gum removers. ie will remove paint, blue tac, candle grease, make-up, various black/grease marks. Various places sell but I just googled it and came up with this http://www.chemicalproducts.net/detak-50   £21.51 for 5litres here.

It's good but it's a fine liquid that doesn't stay where it's needed like the gel and cream products available. If they thickened it up so that it would sit on top of the gum rather than running straight down into the backing I would like it a lot more.

I tried some new chewing gum removers from Solutions but they didn't impress, Detak is much better though.
