After banking with that lot for 52 years and then had the experiences that I had (my wife had to drag me out of the branch before I did something terrible) you would not touch them with a barge pole.

There I feel better already!!!

Hi Guys

Like most businesses its about relationships and building up trust, I agree that if you have a problem with one person or a branch then you might think that everyone and every branch was bad, but This is untrue. As I am sure that if have people working for you and they had bad customer ralations then you would not like your customer to think that everyone that worked for you was like this?

Have you also thought how many banks overwork their staff and it the staffs reaction to this that will show in their customers relations. I had a business manger at barclays that had over 2000 customers to look after, so I found Karen and moved my account to her. Now she deals with customers that have large turnovers but because my manger was at a differant brach and she was in mine I would rather than phone I would go in and talk to her building up a relationship. Now I have the service that businesses that are much larger. And its a much better service.

Some times we have to look at ourselfs to see the problems in life. I know this from experance. If I cant sort out a problem when I am recieving sevice how can I expect to sort out difficult ones in my own?

I had allway thought that banks wher good at taking money from businesses but did not give out much needed advise. With this program and all that it covers this is changing. the online part gives you updated info about tax, vat, and other law maters. It a great filter for info.

Barclays are looking to take on new businesses from other banks so when then in this type of mode you might get things out of them that you would not normally get?

Money management is an important aspect of business and any advise that help must be welcomed. this program go far beyond this.

Just give her a calll and you will see how nice and helpful she is.
