clx clamps?

Cant get them to tighten up.come loose.
Anyway around this?
Takings off all first cleans till march 7th 2014
October  total=  cleaned  extra per month
November = cleaned extra per month
Total £  so far.

It sounds like the clamps at some time have been over-tightened and the barrel nut threads stripped.  Replacing the barrel nuts should do the trick.  Ring the Office and they will send some out to you.
