had phone call tonight off new custie ,only done her once . she says hope u r ok .its just that u said u would clean my windows on the 1st of every month .


i say sorry it is sunday plus its bank holiday this monday i ll see u tuesday .thank u .im glad u havnt forgot n me .

I have a few like that, they are either great customers or total pains, only time will tell some are just desperate for a regular service and others are just paranoid freaks either way as long as they pay I don't care

dont set dates with custies!i usually say to customers "im round every 4-6 weeks"depending on weather,holidays,sickness,injury etc.

I had one custie sack me because I wasnt regular enough. She wanted doing every 3rd monday of the month and if I turned up on any other day she would turn me away, saying that its not convenient! :

when u got an empty round then yep u can give a definate date if u want to but when its getting full very tricky thing to stick to ... like dazmond says weather / sickness etc as reason why u cant

I'm like that too  Daz.  I tell them that I aim for 6 weeks but it can be 6 - 8 weeks if things don't go smoothly.  I also tell them that in winter it can be longer still if we have a freeze-up.  It automatically means that in winter I take longer to get around.  Most are fine with that.

i had a custy like this   second clean phoned up saying i hadnt been to clean her windows, it was snowing,  3rd clean knocked on as she had dogs and didnt want them scared, she never answered so thought i would come back day after, phoned me up 3 mins later kicking off as i didnt clean her windows,  4 clean refused to move here car as she was drunk at 10 am,  so dumped

  I run on a 5 week round, always tell them 5 weeks minimum, may well be longer, especially in the winter or holiday season.

  Had a customer (6 years on the books) accost me in the local shop one day, ranting that she hadn't seen me for 46 days!

  I told her to get out more, that way she would find a regular window cleaner.
