Yes.. got a Chinese woman who has been inspecting her windows with a fine tooth comb the last three cleans lol. and every little bit of mark she will let me no, but now there starting to come up pretty good they where just leaching water from the top rubbers.

Apart from that no one really bats an eye lid and at the end i just explain its pure water the windows will dry clear and in this weather if you show them a bottom window they will probably be near dry the time you have finished so you can show them the results in a way.

2 years in still got some who dont understand no matter what i say,or there frames cause problems so far only lost about 20 picked up 4 of these again.most seem happy

Every one have customers moan at anything, and so I came to the understanding that they are happy when there moaning

All the complaints we have had is after the first clean, and then we will go back and do the windows again and they are impressed that we care about their custom so job done

I have been going nearly a year now and only had 2 complaints after the 1st clean, vast majority of my custys are very happy

u tend to find these people are the same who moan / complain about everything else in life as well .... normally retired prople who have empty boring lives so have to fill it with something

Rarely.

Had one last week funnily enough - UPVC - should have had no probs.

I got to the door and she said last time (2 months ago) all the back windows (where the sun and rain land mainly) were smeary and spotty. So I said I'll do them and come back in an hour or two and have a look.

Of course it was fine but the insides were absolutely filthy - silly woman. Blushes all round. So next time I've agreed to do the insides as well.

But - one pane of three at the upper back which was within a foot of the foliage of an overhanging tree was spotty on the outside so that will teach me not to be complacent and to scrub thoroughly.
