Prochem Course - Dudley

Hi all,

I have booked on the 1 day carpet cleaning course - Venue: Ward Arms, Birmingham Road, Dudley (11th Oct) and have been sent directions to Chessington (I have emailed them but no reponse!) - I'm coming from Cheshire, could anyone direct me the easiest way please? (I am totally hopeless with directions - thank you

At least you had a road to go by, any chance of your help with Alltac autumn specials at Cambridge Belfry Hotel Cambourne Cambridge. Am sure this hick village/town has more than one road? ;D ;D

hi there just wondering how the prochem course went in dudley? couldn't make it due to a bout of food poisioning.i'll have to wait till next year now i think. can you give me a run through on what goes on as i'm a complete novice ???

Jan, Regarding  Prochem not responding to your email.Same has happened to me in the past, they have a serious communication problem in this area which they need to address i ended up taking my business elsewhere.

 Hi Jan, my gripe did not refer to the Prochem course which I attended and I highly recommend. My unaswered mail was more to do with a product enquiry.
I now purchese my products from Express cleaning supplies Worcestershire, great service.
