Help needed
I am going to employ a leaflet distributor part time. if i give them a area is there anyway i can find out how many residential properties are in the said area of maybe 1/2 square mile so i know how many leaflets to give them. Also would i be able to download a map of said area to highlight streets i want delivering too. and also i can back check.

Cheers for any help,  Paul

advanced search - fill in street name, town, local authority details, will give all residential properties.
Google maps for your maps?

Does Distribution Unlimited operate near you?

We just did a campaign with them at targetted properties and it yielded a good number of replys withing the first couple of hours of them getting them out there.

Hmmmmmm..... ;D
It lists by number every house/flat/bungalow in that street. If I just put my own road name in, NOT house number, then town, then local authority and search it brings up a list of all the dwellings from number one to number 37. I can then tell there are 37 dwellings in my road. It will even tell you if there is a number 13, which in some estates there aren't

Paul. you don't need to know how many house in an area only how long they will be leafleting for, they will need 250 leaflets for every hour, this is too many but it means they won't run out.

I employ my own leaflet deliverers, I have them work 2 hours a day the same hours every day. My lads work 3-5 I don't back check but I call them 2 or 3 times a week and ask where they are and visit them. they know if they are not out and they have not informed me in advance they will not be working.... they are sacked.

i use google maps and make them work in the area they live so they never need to travel more than 15mins to the target area( I don't pay travel)

if they don;t live in the area they don't get the job,

i vist them on a Sunday and give them the leaflets and pay them

buy your local red book and photo copy the area you want for them to deliver in.
