I worked in my local glass making factory on my work experience programme. Then when I left school I worked for Fine Fayre supermarkets picking up about £18 a week. Stayed there for a year then uped my income big time to go and work in a sheet metal factory where I was taking home £70 a week!!!

when a was 16 (24 now) a started an apprenticeship as an electrician a was taking home about £115 a week

worked me way up with various firms, ended up fully qualified and taking home just short of £400 a week, but life revolved round work, i done my usual - days off etc... ended up being paid off, and started on the diamonds.

Window cleaner, but packed it in when I got married Mrs wanted me to get a proper job!! Then I worked as a van driver, fork lift driver, then worked in a foundry for 17 years, retrained as a plumber..hated it...back to window cleaning!!
