CUSTOMER HAS ASKED ME TO CLEAN WOODEN EAVES...

WHATS BEST WAY? IS SOAPY WATER OK?

be careful on what u promise with regards to how clean they will come up when finished.

if its matt paint cos the builders were lazy and didnt gloss then i doubt they will come up that well.

i did a conny roof, fascias, gutters and soffitts and the fascias/ sofitts were not glossed ... didnt come up very well as the dirt wouldnt shift even with tfr or eco clean ... fortunately i had covered my self by telling the customers not able to guarantee finshed job as paint was matt and had been up for while.

maybe but i dont do painting so no money in it for me if they do need painting ... pass that sort of thing onto a property maintenance bloke i know
