As you lot will know im based in the south west where tds is 350 i got a mate who wants to by a trolley that has 3 resin containers built in and is fed by the customers tap as opposed to being pre made.
In my opinion this system is no good for the Bristol area coz it would be fairly costly to replace the resin.
Wonder if anyone in the south west, or in a high tds area has one these systems, and if so, how much you spending on resin?
Cheers
trippy

I did all my sums a good while ago(300tds here) and the resin cost would sicken someone using only DI,longer time on windows removing bird muck etc would seem like a body blow rather than a minor inconvenience. Its definitely madness.

well 350tds is ten times my tds and I use one sack per 6 months at say £70, so times that by ten, that would be around £700 every 6 months.
so I wouldn't do it
