you forget to squueegee the windows

Done a first clean today wfp.30s couple in the garden while I cleaned them.
10 mins later gotta call saying I hadn't squeegeed them  and they will look like its rained when dry.
Ffs
Takings off all first cleans till march 7th 2014
October  total=  cleaned  extra per month
November = cleaned extra per month
Total £  so far.

Lol, yeh cause when it rains it really makes a mess of windows. Stupid people! When we go back month to month the windows arent covered in water marks are they as it guaranteed to have rained since we've last been! Cant tell some people can you. "the machine brush you use"  ;D

Lol he thought it was very strange I used a machine lol  ;D
I explained the water etc he said if your sure lol.

ha ha..
I've had plenty people say that its half a job cause there wet.. its like they wanna see you suffer and fall off the ladders and back yours arms.. they end up trying to tell you your job stupid people but we need them cause they pay are wages.

they think its a jet wash too, had a cancelation my wooden windows cant take the jetwash... or powerwash did she say ffs.

i said its gently spraying the water waste of time when they think you are convincing them they just get defensive

Its best with these ones to just accept not all people are going to see how it works. As I have said many times in the past, its a game of percentages.

Its a bit more dangerous at this time of year because more people are at home this week because the kids are off.

I had one like this a couple of years back, I had been cleaning her for about a year but she had always been out. First time I cleaned them when she was at home she got the hump.

Just turn their focus onto the end result.

I always say have a look at your windows in about an hour and if you're not 100% happy please let me know.

No one ever calls.  :)

I've had a few custies question the fact that they're still wet but once I've explained ( again) about the pure water they've accepted it.

Yep thats always a good one. I had some old couple flip out when they saw how i did them, evern though id been doing them for 6 months! They WERENT happy, so i said call if theres a problem...didnt hear owt, then next time i was round gave me a massive apology!
