He can tell you how it went and what his time was, thats his prerogative, but he did it faster than I ever would

Well done Frankie, we went up there to watch for about an hour but the crowds were deep and we didn't see much. I was looking out for somebody carrying a ladder and a bucket but didn't see anyone.............

Loads of people dropped out in the last six miles because it was too hot, must have been knackering.

I would like to say i could have done it with you but im no where near being fit enough. I have planned for sometime to do a run for the local hospice but ive been to busy and let it go.

Wow, frank good time

If you don't mind me asking how long did you train for, how many miles a week did you do, i do a bit of running but never more than 4 - 5 miles, but i do that in about 30 - 40 mins, but would like to try a marathon, but never sure how many times a week/how many miles to run
