Pole handle sections

Hi,
Do you think it is important that carbon water fed poles have insulated handle sections to prevent electrocution?
Some have fibreglass handle sections and gardiners have an insulated handle but all modular poles have no protection.
What do you guys think?

theres been a few reports, on karl robinsons blog, of fatal electrocutions with uninsulated poles, i think they were abroad, so i would say it is important.

Yes I've seen those reports but it is very different in the states as there are far more overhead power lines. Also, one of the reports said that the guy was using a pole off a ladder, which is just mad.
If you use a modular pole there is no insulation.

USA is totally different wiring, no earth. But dont go near overhead wires.
Our Ninja telescopic pole has been conductivity tested to 1,000volts.
