Lose 1 gain 1 New
« on: April 11, 2011, 07:32:26 pm »
Went thru a phase 2 weeks ago of loosing some customers £25 monthly, 2x £12 monthly, and a few smaller ones so about £800 ish yearly in total ... was slightly concerned however fast foward 2 weeks pulled it back and a little more without trying ... people approaching me not canvassed for a few weeks now.

Im guessing this is how it tends to go ?

Really starting to fill my days up now if it carrys on will have to work 9 to 5  ;)

Trying a different approach with george now as used to just do what it said so some days busier than others but now packing my day with work so will have some gaps for canvassing some big stuff.

i think your right,if your charging slightly higher prices than the local windys they do get sick of seeing you/paying you,i rarely lose work but all my new work iv picked up in the last year thats better priced than my compact work i even feel like it comes around to fast never mind them, and im on 5 weekly from now on im going start pricing for 5 weekly and 10 weekly at least they have the choice then
