Nursing Home Prices
« on: April 10, 2011, 12:08:54 am »
So i know loads of you guys clean nursing homes (me included) but just been asked to quote for a new one which I cant make my mind up with the price. Question is how do you find them to be? Are they really tight or more liberal? The ones I clean I think I undercharge a little. I know you should only quote what you are happy with but im hoping to start price increase with any new quotes but not sure how much I can get away with. So in you experience do you go higher or lower with them? Its going to be based on a monthly clean and I estimate 4ish hours per clean.

the honest answer is that u should be as competitive as possible .once u have done the job for a year or so then increase your prices slowly.
