A 2 up 2 down price?

Just wondering what you guys would charge for a 2 up 2 down house as loads them about im based south easy by way.

If you are happy with £8 then charge £8. If you dont get any work then £8 is too much and you will have to drop it until people start saying yes, that said if they all say "is that all" then charge more than £8 when pricing the next lot

im in a area where window cleaning is low priced compared to some places i have a few of these houses very easy to do mine are £5
