« on: April 07, 2011, 09:55:38 pm »
so, i'd like to ask other windys with full (and i mean very full) rounds if you work bank holidays? if you dont how do you catch up on work? surely its impossible!

also how do you have any kind of holiday? for example 2 weeks off in the summer?

thanks

I never work bank holidays. People don't want you working at their houses on their bank holidays.
As for catching up, so far this year I've finished my round with a few days to spare. Last month was driest for over 30 years. I work to live not live to work so the extra days off gives me time to do other things.

if your round is that full 5 or even 6 days a week surely you need a part time employee i wouldnt like to think i couldnt take a day off,4 days is enough for me leaves me with time catch up or add on jobs,

i will work bank holidays if i arnt doing owt, most of my custys are at home normally anyway
