Do a nice run of houses all on 2 streets all 1 monthly @ 10 quid.

Lady pops her head out this morning and says how much to do mine.

Takes a look and same as all the others except she has a massive wrap around conny with loads of windows.

Tells her I charge neighbours ten quid so hers would be 14 quid due to extra glass.

"how much ... the old window cleaner used to charge me 10 quid"

then the final clincher was "whats your best price" .... decided there and then didnt want to work for her as she was coming across as a messer

so told her im very busy so dont mess people about with highball quotes and that was my best price !

felt like i was back in the car showroom !

didnt even get into where is your old window cleaner then

didnt want to offer 8 weeks as would contaminate a nice little run of jobs

but picked up a 10 quid monthly later on so win some loose some

yes but for different owner, she died and I put the price up when the new tenant moved in

Been having a problem with my leisure battery so called mate Andy from Crystal Clear who I bought system off and he kindly agreed to meet me during the day whilst working to try and see whats up with it.

yup cos canvasser messed up price but we only did it the once cos she turned out to be a messer so happy to drop it ... says Andy.

with that she sticks her head of the window and says " you gave me a price and yes I want them doing now cos really filthy and desperate to get them done" .... sorry I says but too many customers so not taking anymore on   .... she wasnt happy but knew exactly how it would of gone do em the once then get a few not this time thanks plus crap payer as well I rekon

dont end there though ... Andy goes to drive off and them comes back over to tell me she had left a message on his phone  saying shes needs a window cleaner and had seen 1 of his vans in the area
