Its a carpet cleaning forum, 88 views and no response, maybe worth finding a extreme cleaning forum and re-posting

Isn't Martin into that crime scene cleaning? He might catch your post Miss Merry Maid.... :)

There are a few about who will probably talk you out of it like they did with me. Wait until you see the pictures, I didn't realise I was squeamish until I seen the ones Martin posted.....

The work is far and few between apartantly as not many people fancy paying the high prices that is needed. I think Martin said it in one of his posts.

I have done the course at the flood school , the work is easy , it is the protocols and paperwork thet has to be followed which is difficult .

Oh, and actually getting the work on a regular basis.

What is high  priced extreme cleaning to us , is regular minimum wage general janitorial work to thousands of organisations ,who think nothing of cleaning up human waste, blood and filth daily.
I clean carpets
I dry Buildings

Hi

There is a whole ection on Trauma cleaning on the other forum (scsf) where you can get loads of info.

But the work is few and far between, unless you are in with a HA and then you might have a bit more of it. Also there is a training company in wales they have constant training but it's flooding the market with trauma cleaners.

My last one was 3 weeks ago, which was also a tough & sad one to do (direct relatives present)

God luck if you decide to go for it, it is interesting work.

Regards
