Builder's clean

Been asked to quote for a builder's clean. It's a residential school. I counted 170 windows plus a glazed stair well. I've looked at past threads where many advise to leave alone, but I'm building the business and can't afford not to quote.
Some windows still have stickers, some are peeled off and messy. So how would you price it and what's the quickest way to remove the messy glue residue?

well i would charge £4 a window to scrape stickers etc both sides but some will be easy(well actually only you know that) so that works out to £680 if i really wanted the job i would work backwards from there

Get some upvc cleaner and i dont mean stuff from a supermarket, go to a upvc place that sells fascia, soffits etc to the trade they sell a chemical that smells like nail polish remover it will get the sticky residue off no problems. failing that just use nail polish remover..it does work.

Cheers for that. There are two of us doing the job. He has a full round and said £800 split 50:50 otherwise it's not worth his while. With the glazed stair well we're not a million miles from your price.

Been told verbally we got it. Went at £720 in the end. Will post a video of the place when I have it in writing.

Got the written confirmation today. Really pleased as it's the first large one I've landed. It's only phase one of a three phase project & I'll see if I can pick up the regular clean. From an adwords lead.
