Flow rate for first cleans

As above-got a varistream. Have been using 30 on first cleans-not sure how much flow per minute this give me.
Any suggestions of what flow number you use for first cleans.

i wouldn;t worry what setting anyone else has, just find out whats right yourself. Whilst its true a high flow rate will quickly swill/rinse away all the dirt from the frames it can also happen that too high a flow rate will also flush and cause dirt to drip out the seals. All jobs are different.
