I took over a load of houses that a window cleaner (well a gardener mostly) in his late 60s let go due to him retiring.  I reckon he'd take about 90 minutes to clean a detached 3 bedroomed house; he was extremely fussy and did a spanking job.  He charged them about £7 each too.

A few of these customers have tried to give me trouble, and I've suggested to two of them that we part company (I'm charging £12 to £15 for the same job) due to problems with them trying to change the cleaning frequency on me, but I'm slowly knocking them into shape.  ;D

It depends on how dirty the windows are plus the size of them and the type. Where i live, if the windows are filthy old Georgian ones it will take a lot longer than 15 mins for a 3 bed semi.
