Nope, it's just in the right wrist. No numbness or trouble at night, save from the pain i've described. I guess I have that to look forward to...!
my doctor has told me that i have carpol tunnel thingeee,i tend to be fine by day, but at night ,and i mean every night,i get woken up maybe 2 or 3 times a night with complete numbness in my hands (both of them),it feels like i,ve been sleping on them all night, i can have an opp to sort it out, but that will mean about 4-6 weeks off work

I have experienced this numbness for some time and now I have a chiropractor do his thing at the end of my 8 weekly cycle...this I find helps alot.My Chiropractor also mentioned have a good warm-up and warm down in the day, also have a nice hot shower or bath after work.OK LAW ALERT:I am lucky enough to live in The Netherlands and as such I am able to medicate using cannabis without much issue...I use a vaporisor (so no tobacco) at night ...this I find enables me to relax into a deep sleep. The combination of the 2 have worked for me.I am not suggesting anyone break their countries law but this is my solution.
