Hows your LEAFLETS coming along? Customer service is vital, even if you dont know your customers!!!!!!!!!
It's my disabled customers or elderly pensioners; the ones I feel sorry for that I tend to look after most with a 'personal touch'. Some repay me by recommending me to neighbours, and others repay me by looking pleased when we turn up.I think as long as I'm 'Britishly friendly' (not overbearing) and polite, yet firm when required, I can't go far wrong.

Aaaah . Don't get me wrong, I'm not Mother Theresa, and I've one-or-two pensioners I'd like to throttle; but there's more to being nice at work than just doing it for the money.
