don't give them your number, or they will never stop calling or texting you. I will never deal with them again. They let both me and another local fellow windy down.

Looks interesting, at first glance the poles look like serious contenders at the price.
Would be interesting to hear genuine reviews of the products.

I like Brodex poles, they are robust, yes a bit weighty but strong.

BUT, I ordered the 31ft on the special offer, had to pay a delivery charge and only received it today - 11 days later. I rang yesterday to find out where it was, only to be met with the most unhelpful customer relations I have ever encountered outside of Sky TV!

When I asked why the likes of Gardiners and Wintecs send a pole next day for free, why does it take them 10 days when I have paid for delivery - he told me everyone wants Brodex poles and I should order from one of the others next time!

So, from now on it will be from one of the others.

I have a brodex hydra alloy 25footer and its a bit of a beast!!robust yes!good for a few commercial and large country houses but now it will be gathering dust in the corner of my storage space only coming out for emergencies!!

its just too heavy and the collapsed length is too long for using all day every day.if we are wfp window cleaning day in/day out we need the best lightest, most user friendly poles on the market.

alex gardiner knows what we want as he s a window cleaner(or has been!) and understands this!!

he makes the best user friendly poles on the market IMO.

he also has excellent customer service.ill be using him for years to come and no doubt many of you will too!!

he s transformed the way we work making it more comfortable, less strain and better work efficiency.

brodex on the other hand...........well what can i say?
price higher/work harder!

I've got a hydro alloy Brodex pole. Had it for about a year. Thing is I seem to buy a lot of super glue to glue sections together.
I wouldn't buy from them again.

+1

Weight of the poles are almost same as SLX poles, but half the price.

Anyone using these Elite poles?
