4 bed semi

How much would you charge to window clean a 4 bed semi....With 8 windows at the front 8 at the back and a pair of french doors....

Would you  Charge a Fiver.......Yes or No

I would charge about £15.00 for that in Manchester.

Davids..... i charge £12... i found out that a windy in my area only charges £5 for this clean.....

but Probably a tenner upwards for me, but most guys my way charge 50p per window so £8 at the very least for most

£12-£15 for a 4 bedder.i do have some small 3 bedders at £5-£6 but they are old customers on very compact estates but £5 for a 4 bedder?thats less than 35p a window!!! :o :o :o
price higher/work harder!

I'd find other employment if £5.00 was all I could get. £12.00 would be ok though. Some guys don't really need the money. The mortgage might be paid or the rent is really low and they use it just to top up their income.

What I never get is what difference does it make how many bedrooms a house has, I never ask or pay attention to be honest, I look at the window count and an estimate on time to do the job, and come up with a price.

doesnt matter how many lads are on it really,it should be same price either way its up to the boss to sort out the best way work the round

How much of that £5.00 would be left after you paid them. They would have to go so fast at those rates how good a job are they doing?
