they will  guarantee that you will have first page position   every time someone searches 'squdgydumplings' ::) ::)

what search terms are they guaranteeing page one ranking for? and are they just going to set up a AdWords account for you?

I presume they mean that they'll rank your site/details on the top of THIER directory/website.

Dont waste your money on them.

Do what i do when someone asks for the owner of the business on the phone, hang up on them or let them hear what a three vac porty sounds like  ;D

Paul,

As above, plus...

I just had a quick look at a couple of Manchester carpet cleaning terms on Google. I could not find City-visitor anywhere.

Google also had a major algorithm change recently and in the USA directories took a bit of a pasting. If anything, it is probably harder to rank a directory now than before.

There are better things to spend £ 350 pounds on.

From where I am if I look at carpet cleaning/cleaner Manchester there are 3 sponsored links, then the Map pack and even the No.1 site in the organic searches is below the fold. Who's going to bother ringing over ten numbers to get to you? Oh yes, the price shopper.

You need to be no1 on page 1 and on the map, unless you go for lesser keyword phrases.

It's not expensive, you just can't afford it.

Quite often when I get an annoying sales call from India, I stick the phone by the tv with Deal or No Deal on...That soon gets rid of them  ;D

I get pee`d off with these sort of companies contacting me.

If they were any good they wouldnt need to direct maerket, we would all be falling over our selves to advertise with them.

On one occasion when they rang and asked to speak to some one who deals with advertising i gave the phone to my 6 year old, who just said what, what and then daddy there is a silly women at the end of the phone.

They hung up and have not called since.

Treat them woth the contempt they deserve.

When I type in cc Manchester JustPerfect are number 1.
They have a £25 minimum charge and in their terms and
conditions it says:

- Cleaning jobs not complete due to the lack of suitable cleaning detergents and/or equipment in full working order, hot water or power;
Any damages caused by a faulty or not in full working order detergents/equipment supplied by the customer.
- Just Perfect will advise the client to provide the specific cleaning detergents and to pass cleaning instructions to the sales advisors when placing the order or give instruction to the present cleaner.

And there at numero uno.

Sadly John, where the website ranks has absolutely nothing to do with how the company chooses to do business.

Those (almost hidden) terms of service are "unusual".

Can any NCCA memebers tell me whether it's against the rules to write bogus testimonials?
