hi how do you guys get around the customers that want texting the night before because they have there gate locked.
i have read loads of posts with people saying they just don't text
but how do you get round the access problems?

also you lads that do text the night before how do you do it as i don't want customers phone numbers in my phone so do you use email to text ect

I do it,
Just put the customers details as an address on your phone and save them as a group, then just text the ones you need to tell for the next day the night before, takes ten mins tops

i have two mobile phones one 4 my own personal use and 1 for business use.i can store custies nos on business phone.then u wont get hassle on ur personal phone(works 4me )

iv got no texters now, it was grief .  you can do too much for people and they will walk all over you

 if its just a very high garden gate ,i suggest they leave a gate key under a stone
