Ruchard,

We do on certain jobs but not if we are using an RX20 as that disturbs the pile massively anyway. It is quite heavy and a little cumbersome but its ability to dry vac and then scrub in pre-spray make it a real winner. Plus, it creates all the right impressions in the customers eyes.

Anyway you lot, stop messing about with your mabby pamby little vacs and get the 'real McCoy.' ;D This is easily one of the best things I've invested in in a long time and it looks the part too.

At £1,800 it wants to be good particulary if it's just to 'look the part.'
Granted if it's for large commercials then fair enough, but around the bulk standard 2 up 2 down a bit OTT I think.

Neil,
You're missing the point. The point being that as a professional carpet cleaner you should have the tools to do any job regardless of condition and a machine like the Flexi 5 which can dry vac and wet agitate is two machines in one and while it may be OTT on some jobs, it contributes to producing some fantastic carpet cleaning on others and that makes it worth every penny of its cost.
