depends how long its taking you i supose go off your hourly rate if you have done them before you will no how long roughly they take, but when i quote them i wouldnt do them for £25, as i get all the dirt over the gutters and windows so have to clean them aswell a small type conny would be £40 minimum for me,did a 3 bed semi conny few week ago only small for £70 as it was really green but took 3 1/2 hours i havnt got wfp tho so i use unger pole with caravan brush on the end and hose reel to wash them so will take me longer

I have a £40 min charge for con roofs as I really do not like doing them. I did a full valet on Wednesday, the roof is glass so it gets done about every 4 months outside so was not too bad, insides i did last year and were much worse last year than this, plus I  am faster with a squeegee now. Its a big conny and i undercharged her a long way at £65 because I know her, It worked out about £17 an hour (including window clean on house which was a normal 6 weekly price on top). If it was anyone else I would of charged her at least £100 for the conny alone.

Get some Ubik 2000. It will save you hours on conny roofs. I used to use TFR or Jays patio cleaner mixed with water and scrubbed over the panels. Does a good job but takes loads of effort. Ubik is like a whole new world in comparison, fantastic.
I charge more than others on here but only because I don't like doing them cheap. Most customers don't "get quotes" for the conny roof. I do lots at £70 a pop and have only had one person not take it up.
The customer doesn't want to stand on a ladder, he can't be bothered and just wants it cleaned.

we have a service called complete conservatory valet.

all pvc on the roof, the plastic/glass roof, gutter cleaned out and wiped over and then the ground floor glass and frames in & out = full valet.

some just want roof and inside glass ....

full valet min £100

just roof min £30 = very small and not so dirty roof ....

the £25 you state is a bad price to be honest - unless it only takes 30 odd mins ...

pm me and i can help out more and show you my flyer ....

We also include in a full valet...insides of any opening frames, scratch repairs, scuff removal, repolishing of metal hardware...along with all the above general cleaning.....but then our prices are no where near the above stated prices for full valets. :)

i did say a min 0f £100 we dont do any minor repairs as we are wcs and our insurance wouldnt cover us for that ....
