Hi Guys, when you print a worklist and it prints on A4. Is there any way the text can be reduced to fit on A5-A6 paper. Changed the paper size settings but the writing came out as if still printing on A4 format.

Does this mean everybody prints worklist A4 size and carrys a clipboard with them ?cheers.

download 'cutepdf'

print to cutepdf instead of printer, it saves a pdf file of your worklist

open the pdf and then print then any size you like

i print it on to a5 and tile 2 pages per sheet.
