Hi all As above realy had a call to clean someone across from a pub on a main road.Went and cleaned it wed. Friday she called to say they had dryed bad on the upstairs windows, she then told me the front had been egged a few weeks ago and they just washed off with a hose pipe but thats still showing. When i go to quote i allways say if they dry not up to your standered just call and i will sort them out so she was ok, but when i looked at them they was realy sxxt (dirty runs every where)so iv rewashed them and scraped the window that was egged so hope they turn out good this time. The trouble is what next if there crap again? Is it just the windows as iv never had a complaint befor so i must be doing things right.Has anyone had this before?

The fact that you went back and redid them is a good start. Give her a call or pop round to check they came up fine the second time. She'll think you're the best thing since sliced bread for being interested and she'll recommend you everywhere.
