Commercial Window Cleaning Companies
« on: March 11, 2011, 08:18:29 pm »
Hi to all

The Price Group are looking to expand nationally in the next 2 years, if you have a commercial window cleaning business that your looking to sell, please get in contact as we are looking to buy three companies this year at least 50 miles from Hemel Hempstead.

Money waiting

Hope to here from guys that have  good businesses but looking to sell due to retirement, bad health or due to leaving sunny old England.

What would be the right money Ronnie? I have had my business valued recentley and i know we are a similar size. I think if someone gave me what has been quoted i would sell up to. Staff can be a pain in the butt

careful with RTA if its the ones who promise space in daltons and aggresive marketing, my experience when i was selling a retail joint was that they was very interested in getting the 500 front end loading monies and little else

watch out for rta i used to work for them

its business model is signing people up and getting advertising money
not selling busines's

you can value it better yourself

its what you can get and will accept and what someone will give you for it
