i refuse all inside work apart from the odd kitchen window for a couple of old dears!


reasons?

i find they take longer and are a hassle.

you run the risk of being accused of stealing something!

im usually too busy with outside work to be faffing around with insides.

always hated cleaning insides for some reason.probably the heat after being outside for hours!risk knocking crap over thats dotted about peoples houses!

yes ,it can be hot , but i charge same as the outs and a few i do every bleeding month !  but so what ,it makes it more interesting,moving the beds etc in under 1 second ,no time to fook about

tip: Buy some "over shoes" then you dont have to tie and untie your work shoes when you enter and exit the property 
and i think it looks more proffesional then sock feet (plus no smells)

I agree. Cheesy feet don't give a good impression and sweaty feet will leave sweat footprints on laminate or tiled flooring.

insides can be a pain! but if your good at trad and make sure the customers clears every window and surrounding area then its ok ...

from me doing a few insides on some houses ive picked up around another 30 - 40 houses over the past say 2 years.

a customer has friends n family round and they say god your windows are really clean! customer passes on flyer and i pick up new customers - even if the new customers had a wc, customers can be dumb! of course the window will look better done in n out but they think the current wc is no good as the glass looks better at my customers houses.

if insides done on a reg basis then we charge the same as the out excluding the cons of course!

if not done very reg then yes x2 or 3 ....
