We missed a trick with the census forms, we should have asked them to include a box asking "do you need a window cleaner?"

Apparantly lots of people don't fill them in now which makes a mockery of the system. Espescially in the high immigrant areas like Bradford and Luton where they are suspiscious of answering questions.
