I get it all the time mate, but I just give the price and don't do it for any less, well within reason, you have a decent commercial round don't you, so can't you afford to price even higher and have enjoyable days driving around for a tenner here and there, not ideal if you want compact work and I agree a fiver is the most I would get from some areas where everyone else is taking 3 quid, If the work isn't somewhere I am already doing right now I quote ridiculous prices so if they say yes it is worth my while but if on the same street as existing work I am more realistic but still not as low as some would want

i have some ok commercial work mainly shops but good wee jobs though to work on. i got the job in the end and never moved on price and have few houses on same street so see how it goes. Gonna have to ladder fronts though as i just know the hopper windows gonna give me grief

do the hopper miss the middle bit between them move to next window do the hoppers again then come back do the main window and it will be ok if it is one ups one down do the tops all round and then bottoms

i normally work like that but i have noticed any time i clean the hoppe rwindows in my own house i always get runs no matter how many times or how much rinsing i do on them and these windows are same design as mines. Weird how some are like that.

At the risk of seeming to be a stupid windy, what's a Hoppe window? I know a firm called Hoppe makes window locks etc.
