Well last year or maybe more ive been down in dumps with work...not bothered, not wanting to push it. Selling my vans, (what an idiot)
employees messing things up...
Well this year given myself kick up backside been working hard, and its showing again
work coming in daily again like it used to, everyone happy. Been keeping on top of customers, in right time scale, some a little early but no one said anything.
Had a letter of a new custie that was there when we did it "i was delighted with the thoroughness of your work, please add me to regular cleans, thank you very much". Another customer rang me to come and do them again after about a year, when the first time i went she had a heart attack with the price...but obviously happy with the job, half way through husband came round and asked me to do it every couple of months...chuffed
Just saying that, when your positive and wanting to work hard, things follow...when you cant be arsed and dont care...it shows.
