As above which would you charge more for and give an example of the price you charge.

so if you charge £50 for gutter clearing what would your fascia charge on the same house be?

Gutters £25/30

fascia £40/50

This is on standard 2 bed more if bigger houses!

i charge the same for gutters to be cleared per metre as i would gutters, fascias and soffitts to be washed down. sometimes the gutters are quick to clear. other times the fascias and soffitts are quicker. depends on colour, how soiled, vents, overhangs, what types etc.

Normally end up with a good hourly figure which ever way round is quicker

so in answer to your question i would vote 'same' but you do not have it ;D 8)

as for what i charge ... go jump! :P

cleaning gutter/soffit/fascis with WFP is always dearer than gutter vac'ing

we charge a third more for WFP cleaning than using the vac

typical 3 bed semi with front and back gutters bout 6 metres plus gable ends we charge £90 ish for gutter clearout, fascia/soffit/gutter and downpipe clean

if it was a regular customers we would clear out gutters for £10 per side off ladders

if it was just a random call prob £15 per side

Lee.

I did a large job on Sunday where I charged more for the fascia clean than for the gutter vac,  but as the customer asked for both I knocked £50 off.

I would say fascia/soffits should be more every time it makes a big imprint in the look of the building and when its done they know that and should be priced accordingly.

Gutters are pretty easy job really but i suppose it depends on what your cleaning out the gutters

would say that with all the work put into fascia cleans that you have to charge a good wack for cleaning per metre £7 is normal
