service magic

I have asked about this before but just wondered if anyone that has used them know how much they charge for leads, I have ignored every lead they have sent as they were all not worth paying for or miles away, but one has come through for my postcode that is of a decent size.

my initial instinct is not to pay anything and ignore it and hope the would be customer contacts me direct rather than pay a third party for quoting a job I might not get. but if it just pennies to buy the details then fair enough

Stu, be careful with that lot, have you spoken to them at all?

I did and according to the girl I spoke to you have to pay £5 for each enquiry they send you whether you get the job or not. I thought it would only be on the ones you requested full details on after looking at the enquiry and deciding if it was worth quoting for, but according to her thats not the case, she said each e-mail you recieve will cost you £5

thats not what she told me, I was told you pay to receive the full details they are sending just a description and rough location at the minute and if I pay I can receive the full details. they never went into how much though. I will just leave it if it is a fiver

Stu, I assumed the same as you, if you wanted full details then for window cleaning it would be a fiver, perhaps the girl and I got things mixed up abit, although I did actually ask her and she definately said you paid for each e-mail they sent, £5 for window cleaning, £8 for commercial cleaning.

No worries. I guess if its as you were told and you only pay them when you ask for the full details it's not a bad deal, but if it's what I was told then it's a shocker. Let us know what they say please

will do, I have had loads come through and only one of interest and not paid anything, I think they may have changed tact as no one was willing to pay. I never agreed to anything to be honest she said she would send some leads free of charge and if I wanted to register to contact her. Thing is hardly any window cleaners in my town have a website so the customer will eventually find me direct anyway.
