Brilliant effort mate; now you're not going to be one of the dirty scanks that think it's okay to drop their fAg ends on the floor for me to pick up ;)
Come and talk dirty to us!!!

August 4th last year, it was easier than I thought. Allen Carr's  book did it for me and Mrs Cozy. Saved loads of money. We were on 50 a day each!!!

I gave up 2 years ago after smoking 30 a day. i just went cold turkey, no one in the house smokes now and cos i'm working on my own it doesn't bother me.
I have had 2 tho in stressful time's but thats it. i still fancy one every now again.
I can be behind someone who is smoking and its stinks must be cheapo's then I can stand behind another person and i think hmmmm could just do with a cig.
Then thats it...KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK FELLA  ;D  ;D  ;D

I think that most quitters still get the odd crave for a few seconds here and there. I used to get a twinge after breakfast or after a beer. I wonder if that stops after a long time. The cough I had before I quit was gone in a week! I feel alot fitter. I'm not an anti-smoker either. Smokers don't bother me. It's their health and money. 8)
